Cook: Sink, wash linen and integrated drying, Plate Induction, stoves, mini oven, microwave oven, bases, glasses, cups, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, with a compartment freezer `3*`, cloths, hedging anti fire etc
Bathroom: Showers multi-jets new, WC, sink, wash-hand basin, drawers, hair drier, bath towels and toilets, gloves.
Entry and hall: count and iron, bucket, brushes, a balance, armoured door.

The price indicated per week is all inclusive (including water, visitor`s taxes, electricity etc.) except foods and renewable furnitures.
The payment to simplify you all the administrative approaches, is done the day of the handing-over of the keys.
Caution : is around 50% of the price, restituted at the latest in the two months following the end of the rent.

Little pets allowed (but please prevent me before).
